At Iron Cleanse, we are committed to providing premium-quality wellness products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final.
All Sales Are Final
For the health and safety of our customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Because our products are consumable wellness products, we are unable to restock or resell returned merchandise.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please email us at support@ironcleanse.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the shipping package, including the shipping label if applicable
Each request will be reviewed individually, and if approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include sending a replacement item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to:
- Cancel orders after they have been submitted
- Modify shipping addresses after checkout
- Change items once an order has been placed
Please verify all order information before completing your purchase.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Iron Cleanse is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Delivery delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Incorrect shipping information entered during checkout
If your package appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, our support team will gladly help where possible.
Refund Eligibility
Because all sales are final, refunds are not issued for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect product selection
- Opened or used products
- Orders refused upon delivery
- Shipping delays outside of our control
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your product arrived damaged.
- Your product arrived with a manufacturing defect.
