Thank you for choosing Iron Cleanse. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, all delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your package has been shipped.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Iron Cleanse is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Orders cannot be modified once they have entered processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Iron Cleanse is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Weather-related delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control

If your package appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, please contact our support team, and we'll do our best to help.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Iron Cleanse ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
